Paul McQueen

Barrister

Paul McQueen has practised specialist law for more than 35 years and is widely regarded as a leader in town-planning, environmental, and land-compensation matters, acting both as counsel and strategic adviser in State and Federal Courts. He advises on every facet of development approvals, compensation claims, and judicial review, and is an honorary fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia. A former lecturer in planning law at the University of Western Australia, Paul holds Commerce and Law degrees as well as a Master of Laws degree.
