With over 35 years’ experience in the Law, Paul was a Partner at Phillips Fox Perth (1997) prior to becoming a founding Partner of Lavan in 2006 and was called to the Bar in 2025. Practising in the field of administrative and public law (with a focus on planning, environment and land compensation). Experience as Counsel includes WA Supreme Court and Federal Court matters as well as Planning and Environment Tribunals. Paul also has appellate experience as Counsel in the High Court.
